The challenge
A physical inspection took 45 minutes and a visit before a seller got a price.
What shipped
AR guided capture with defect recording, and a vehicle data integration that collapsed the details form.
What moved
Inspection time fell from 45 to under 10 minutes, the details form from 9 steps to 1, and lead conversion rose from 0 to 5% in India and 8.2% in Argentina
